About
I am Miroslav Stibůrek, a contemporary artist, designer and creative strategist. Miros Digital is my studio, and clients work directly with me. I conceive, direct and build the software, sites and systems they commission.
A project follows one process: ideation, design, development, delivery and maintenance. The centre of the work is a system built for that business. I take it on selectively.

How the work starts, what it costs, and who it is for.
A custom project is fixed in scope, with the price agreed before it starts. A creative or technical assignment is scoped the same way. Maintenance and further development, when a system should stay in shape, is a monthly retainer with an agreed scope.
A retainer covers maintenance and ongoing development of something already built, or continued work on an agreed assignment. The scope is set in advance.
A fixed project takes as long as the system needs. A first conversation is shorter. A retainer continues while it is useful.
Businesses that need something built around how they work: software, a site, a shop, or a defined creative or technical assignment. A poor fit if you want a large team on site. I work from Barcelona and Prague, and remotely worldwide, in Czech, English and Spanish.
